Ziva/Zhiva is a Slavic Mother Goddess of life, love, and renewal — a guide through transformation and new beginnings. Ziva Wellness is built on that same principle.
What began as a clinical practice has evolved into an education platform designed to close the gaps in women’s health — especially in areas like sexual health and menopause.
Modern healthcare systems are not structured for depth. Providers are under-trained in vulnerable topics and under-resourced with time. Patients are often left feeling dismissed, confused, or told their symptoms are “normal.”
Ziva creates clear, evidence-informed tools for both patients and healthcare professionals — practical frameworks that support real conversations and better decision-making.
Ziva exists to support renewal — of bodies, conversations, and care.

Midwife means “with woman” and I have taken that to heart throughout over a decade of catching babies and taking care of women from their first period to beyond menopause.
